@MarbleChristy The leap from basic to medium is huge as far as cost. A more fluid plan would be better. High traffic month? Get charged more that month. Traffic decreases? Go back down automatically. Have more tiers in between basic and medium. Medium is too much $$ for small business.

I really wish @getpantheon would change their upgrade/billing/notification process. Don't just bill a customer $1500 within a couple hours of sending a notification email of excessive traffic. Give a chance to sandbox & if it's done within minutes of the billing, give a refund.

Communication is the best way to avoid problems with customers. Having a fair policy is too. I’ll continue saying their service is amazing but for small business probably not the best option.

I hope they will work on sending out better warning emails about any potential hosting fee increases. Month before, 2 weeks, 1 week, and day before.

Also charging a full year upgrade for potentially temporary traffic increase isn’t great. Just charge extra monthly until renewal.

@bernardshuford Nah, they’re dragging their feet. Dodge had an awesome EV concept in 2009 and squashed it. Any hyrbid now, 12 years later, is a compliance car.

@ZebSmathers @CantonCares can we PLEASE get either speed cushions or speed humps on every residential street in Canton? Walking with dogs (or kids) when there are no sidewalks or sidewalks that are narrow & next to the street can be a little nerve wracking when cars are flying by
