@HMRCcustomers hi, I’m trying to find out when I can expect to receive the repayment I applied for back in May, but the self assessment web chat never seems to have any advisers available so it just cuts me off. Any ideas how I can contact someone please?

@HMRCcustomers No, the web chat just asks the date of request, then says I need to speak to someone, then cuts me off because it says there’s nobody to speak to. I made the request on 31 May. Thanks!

@florainsuburbia I didn’t tidy them up last autumn cos I was in a depressive pit. I only cleared all of last year’s dead stuff in April… and that revealed loads of healthy growth & flowers ready to pop 🤣
