The cop is the authority and he's paid for his judgment, not her. Answer, after he checks ID then what. Knowing his name makes him less suspicious?

If someone calls about suspicion and the officer sees someone watering grass, he knows he can leave. If it was a white person he wouldn't have been called. Cops shouldn't enforce bigotry.
