Royal Mail and the post office are 2 separate companies. If it’s been underpaid then Royal Mail will charge a fee.

@StarsSupport I self excluded for 6 months. I can now play again after taking a break. I try to login and it tells me I need to contact customer support. It opens a new tab and I have to login again. The same message reappears and I repay the same cycle with no way to contact

Surprise surprise…. Today, the internet has been down for the last 10hrs…

Going around in circles. Can’t do online, says call to speak to someone…. She calls and it’s all automated and says to do it online and ends the call.

How can we give notice to end our contract please?
