Testing out a different workflow of using lattice for shaping the hair around the head + solidify with weight group for controlled mesh thickness. Then apply those modifiers and do more manual tweaking of the mesh.

@Fat_Electrician That is the entire issue, the amount of food people waste is insane to me. I think the average person who is in financial trouble wastes more food than people who or doing well for themselves. I base this off of people I've interacted with and friends.

Thanks to Normal Transfer in Blender, I can have separate fur bits without needing to merge them with main mesh and ruin the body's topology where they meet!

@Fat_Electrician I'm not saying we did, but I it's possible to drill 18" anchors into hardened concrete, like the ones in the blown our French made shelters at Ali Al Salem, to mount gym equipment... Just know it will take several bits to do it.
