@JacobMorley Gute seems too hell bent on age and second/third contracts with most of their players. Perfect examples is how he handled potential third deals for Adams and Jenkins.
@TheChadWithrow Could do play in between the 4-5-6 like NBA.. 5 vs 6, winner, plays 4. That winner plays 1. Unfortunately the wild card winner many times is a better team than the 3rd division winner. At least for who the 1 seed should play.
@DieselHokie08 What sucks man, every year feels like there’s key injuries in putting these WRs in harms way on these extended run plays. Happened to Watson and Golden. But not career-ending level. Sure hope he returns next year.
@ScottKacsmar And what a quarterback makes after their rookie contract is up is so much more also. So it’s hard for teams to be patient with say a guy like Alex Smith on the 49ers win his second contract means he’s going to get $40 million. You don’t have the patience for that and his 5th yr
@ByRyanWood Would love to hear a follow up question regarding why do you feel like you need to play these guys at multiple positions when they’ve only played one spot the last however, many years.
