✅ Lie on your back in a 90/90 position (hips & knees at 90°)
✅ Feet on a wall or shelf
✅ Gently drag heels down the wall to engage hamstrings
✅ Slightly posteriorly tilt your pelvis
✅ Breathe: in through nose, out through mouth, 5–10 breaths
