Sometimes you just need to stop and take a break to reset. Yesterday was one of those days. These students have been working so hard on EQAO and wrapping up end of the year lessons so we switched things up and ended our day with some cooperative games. @DiamondTrailPS

We took advantage of the nice weather and took our Literacy lesson outside this morning.
One student discovered what he thinks is ant larvae while we were outside which sparked a good debate. Anyone know what kind of larvae is in the bottom left corner? @DiamondTrailPS

We love using different ways to practice our Words of the Week. Today we played Stand Man (Hang Man). Where students took turns guessing their partners word. @DiamondTrailPS

We are almost at the end of our Strong Kids unit. Today we learned about stress and shared how we know we are stressed and what we do when we are feeling that way. At the end of our lesson we worked with a partner to discuss and write down our ideas. @DiamondTrailPS
