- Skeppy and BadBoyHalo will be invited
- Keem is still looking for a host for the event.
#MinecraftMonday UPDATE!
Thanks to @Bajan_Canadian & his Dev Lake, we now have the original MM game type.
We are building the server with _ _ _ _ _ & hope to have the Biggest Minecraft tournament in the world running in less than 3 weeks.
According to @ZyphonYT 's new video, Sprock hasn't been in contact with Keem after season 1 ended which most likely means that none of the past developers will be returning to working on season 2.
Seems like the McM server isn't linked to the event anymore.
Also, Sprock, the developer of the last few weeks of season 1 has confirmed himself to still be a part of the organizers team.
And last tweet on the subject cus I have to film a #DramaAlert RN.
I have no current plans to bring #MinecraftMonday back.
Working on events with brand new games.
@Trasher47 It's a race with time really. If Keem managed to launch the event at the start of January as well, he could get in a lot of well-known streamers in the first week while McS wouldn't have so many of them as some spots would be claimed by the regulars.
It's all just speculation tho
Half a month has passed since the time #MinecraftMonday was supposed to come back. We barely got any news on it, but let me talk about the bit we know.
Judging by the comments Keem posted he seems reluctant, but not completely against the idea of bringing the event back. (1/4)
It all depends on Keem's dedication though. If he can either manage the event well or get someone competent to do it, chances are it could rise in popularity again.
First step is seeing if it even gets renewed after all, but if it failed again, this could be the reason why.
(4/4)
A lot of the past players may not come back because they've either joined McS or just aren't interested in it anymore. Keem would be able to find a lot of new players in the first weeks, but those would mostly be the non-minecrafters who never stick with the event for long.

A quick recap for those who can't/don't want to watch the whole thing:
#MinecraftMonday is going on a hiatus until mid November, the host isn't going to be UmgGaming anymore and he should get more money for better staff and management.
since they've got an official account (@MCSaturdays), but we're doing to carry over everything they don't post about.
We've decided to create another account for the event as not everybody may be interested in either of the tournaments and it would get too unorganised.
(2/2)
I feel like now is a good time to let you guys know about our @McSaturdaysFans account.
We aren't sure about how McM is going to continue, but unless it's completely cancelled, we'll run both account simultaneously.
There's not going to be as many updates as on this one

In an earlier week of Minecraft Monday, the public server got hacked by the same people and the private one was still protected, but now that Laake is gone... we can see it is not.
We will have to cancel #MinecraftMonday today it appears the server was hacked. Sorry this happen guys.. We have a new admin. Still investigating what happened.
