If this becomes a thing, I may be looking for a new career. You can’t write a law making it illegal for me to refuse a script. It is literally my job to ensure the patient is safe. Take away my autonomy and you take away my rights as a pharmacist. This will kill our profession.

I think my biggest accomplishments of this past year were:

1) getting my dream job - staff pharmacist at the retail store I grew up at as a baby intern, replacing my mentor that retired after 30 yrs

2) quitting that job 4 months later, realizing retail is hell & it’s ok to quit
