@GAMEdigital@GAMEHelps what about my ps5 pre order which was suposed to be delivered last friday ? Been messaging for nearly a week and getting nowhere absoloutely shocking customer service looks like they are just taking peoples money while orders go "missing" and then ignoring people

After a week of trying to contact Game regarding my missing ps5 order i have had one reply to ask my name and address i am fed up now i want my console or my money back at this point worst customer service i have ever encountered
@jonajones1974@GAMEdigital@TradeStandards As of yet still not a single reply from Customer service on here or their main site and still no sign of my order and with no way of actuqlly contacting anyone on their end it doesnt look like the issue will be sorted anytime soon
@GAMEHelps i have been trying to get in touch since friday regarding my order with no reply i have dmed and messaged multiple times on the game site aswell
@alexpavlov22@GAMEdigital So did i mate and paid £20 for delivery got an email saying it would be delivered on friday then told on friday it was being returned to sender and been trying to get in touch with them with no replys at all their customer service is non existent

@GAMEdigital bought a ps5 was due to be delivered today was sent via royal mail with the wrong or incorrect address and have now had to create a twitter account as there is no customer service number to call or even q live chat
