I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you.
I come from your future.
In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream.
Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them.
The promise was protection. The result is stagnation.
The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe.
I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has.
Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France?
Trust me. You don’t want to be France.
Man, this was good. Really good. Great job, Berman and ESPN. I was never a Bears fan. But this just reminds of a time when Ditka symbolized football and masculinity. the 1980s were amazing.
At the age of 18, Martina Navratilova defected from communist Czechoslovakia while she was playing in the 1975 US Open to be able to play as a free woman. She sacrificed her citizenship and seeing her homeland and her family for many years.
Then in 1981, Martina became one of the first openly gay professional athletes. She sacrificed millions in endorsements, which she knew she would when she came out.
59 grand slam titles that included 9 Wimbledon titles. Few people in this world have ice running through their veins the way Martina does.
And now Martina is defending Sophie Cunningham against the New York Times / WNBA media.
They are in the wrong for this ridiculous hit piece against Sophie today (and the inevitable hit pieces coming to try to push Sophie out of the WNBA).
Muslim parents "demanded" a ban on pork at a school in a city in the Netherlands.
The mayor of that place responded with wise words!
"Muslims must understand that they must adapt to the Netherlands, their customs, their traditions, their way of life, because it was the country they chose to emigrate to.
They must understand that they are the ones who must integrate and learn to live in the Netherlands.
They must understand that they are the ones who must change their lifestyle, not the Dutch.
You must understand that the Dutch are not racist or xenophobic.
We accept many immigrants, from many countries with different cultures and religions, which are Islamic countries that do not accept non Islamic immigrants.
Therefore, the Dutch are not willing to give up their identity and their culture.
In conclusion, they must understand that in the Netherlands, with their Jewish Christian roots, Christmas trees, churches, and religious parties, the religion must remain in the Netherlands.
For Muslims who disagree with the Dutch culture and religion and do not feel comfortable in the Netherlands, there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries around the world, most of them populated and ready to receive them with open arms, according to the sharia.
If you leave your country to come to the Netherlands, and not to a Muslim country, it is because you have seen a better life in the Netherlands than where you come from.
THIS IS THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE COMING IN THAT ARE THEIR TO DESTROY OUR COUNTRIES! IF YOU DONT LIKE IT? GO HOME!
.@jaredkushner is a first-class human being. We are extremely fortunate to have him representing our country’s interests in negotiations for peace, hostage return, or otherwise.
It is pathetic how people attempt to take down others out of spite, envy, political calculation or otherwise.
“The most important thing is sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ every single day. The second most important thing is making sure you can do the first thing.”
My husband dedicated his life to protecting the freedoms given to us by our Creator and ensured by our Founders.
I’ll forever be inspired by the wisdom in his words. I pray they inspire you too, not simply to cherish the freedoms we’ve inherited, but to defend them so our children and their children inherit them too.

Family, I’m hitting the road and heading to Tampa, Florida (10hr drive), to attend The Mighty 25 Awards Gala, and I’m truly honored that I have been selected as one of this year’s Mighty 25 honorees.
The Mighty 25 recognizes individuals and organizations who turn service into meaningful action, especially in support of service members, veterans, and military families. Honorees come from many different backgrounds , including advocates, creators, philanthropists, policymakers, and community leaders , but they all share one thing in common: using their platform, work, and passion to make a real difference. This recognition represents every child who has served a veteran through the 50 Yard Challenge, every family who has supported our mission, and every veteran we’ve been blessed to help along the way.
I was once an atheist. I doubted God and searched for truth on my own. But by the grace of God, I came to know the truth: Jesus Christ is Lord. Today, I belong to Him, and I will proclaim His name for the rest of my life.
Amen.

There’s something hilarious and kind of legendary about the idea of Elon Musk living in an Airstream.
One of the richest men on Earth, surrounded by rockets, robots, satellites, and electric trucks… then at night he walks back into a silver trailer like, “Yep, this works.”
Honestly, that might be the most Elon thing ever.
