Students in our advanced cooking classes worked with Agent Strader from the Missouri Conservation Department to learn to tap a maple tree for sap. Stay tuned for more pictures of their progress as they turn the 5 gallons of sap they collected into pure maple syrup!

There are 3 separate enrollment nights this year. Check the graphic to see when your school is invited to MCHS. On enrollment night you will be given a goody bag and also be able to tour the HS to see all the exciting programs @ MCHS! WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET THE CLASS OF 2025!
