ON STEPPING AWAY FROM LOW ENERGY
Stepping away from low energy is not social hygiene. It is an occult act of retrieval. In the old language, energy is not mood; it is prana, chi, the subtle current that the etheric body drinks from every room, every voice, every unresolved field it sits inside.
Low energy is a parasitic frequency: envy dressed as concern, chaos dressed as loyalty, unhealed hunger that feeds on your attention because it cannot generate its own light. Esoterically, the moment you recognize that field, you have already left it in the inner worlds. What remains is the outer gesture withdrawing the cord so the life-force that was leaking into other people’s unfinished stories can return to the spine, the heart, the will.
That withdrawal is not cruelty. It is the same law that tells a flame not to sit in wet wood. Consciousness cannot midwife itself while it is being used as someone else’s battery.
The deeper mystery is this: low energy only has power where you still believe you need it. The moment you know yourself, not as personality, but as the awareness that was never depleted—the old contracts dissolve.
People who lived off your light will feel the sudden cold and call it abandonment. That is the test. The initiate does not argue with the echo. They hold the new frequency until the body itself becomes a sealed temple: breath as guardian, silence as sword, boundaries as sacred geometry. Then the ones who were meant to meet you at that altitude arrive, not because you advertised your light, but because like always finds like.
Stepping away is how the soul remembers it was never meant to live at the bottom of someone else’s well.
