🍄 How I Take My Mushrooms Daily | Not Sponsored
Grab your coffee—here’s a look at my daily turkey-tail mushroom routine. ☕
This isn’t sponsored. I buy this myself, and I’ve been taking mushrooms for years. Turkey tail is the only one I’m taking right now, but I’ll share more about the other kinds I’ve tried in future videos.
I used to buy capsules at the store. Now I order larger bags online to stretch my budget. I’ve found bags around $50–$60, depending on the mushroom, bag size, and seller.
🍄 Potential turkey-tail benefits researchers are studying:
• Immune support: certain extracts may help support immune-cell activity.
• Gut support: a small human study found prebiotic effects—changes in gut bacteria.
Human evidence is limited, and research on specific extracts doesn’t prove that every mushroom powder or dried mushroom has the same benefits. This is my personal routine, not a treatment recommendation. Check with your healthcare provider before starting a supplement.

I TRADED THE GYM FOR MOUNTAINS 💪🏔️
One of the reasons I quit going to the gym? I ended up freaking maxing out a lot of the weights. I still work out, but these days I’d rather climb mountains and do calisthenics. Pull-ups, home workouts, and getting outside—that’s my thing now.
But to each their own! What do you like better—the gym or working out at home? Or would you rather hit the mountains? I’d really like to know. 👇
Be sure to like, subscribe, and follow. Peace! ✌️

MAXED OUT THE STACK. NOW I CLIMB MOUNTAINS. 💪🏔️
This is me crushing the whole stack on the hip abduction machine. Yeah, get ’er done! 🤘
This is one of the reasons I quit going to the gym. I got to the point where I was maxing out a lot of the machines, and I felt like I could do more. So I chose to climb mountains instead.
I still work out. Stretching, yoga, calisthenics, hiking—that’s what keeps me in shape now. I just like that feeling of freedom out in the mountains.
Nothing against the gym. I just like being able to wake up, work out right in my house, or walk out the door and boom—the trail’s right there. You can’t beat that. 🏔️
Anybody else trade the gym for the outdoors? Let me know. Get ’er done! 💪#HipAbduction #GymMotivation #Calisthenics #MountainHiking #FitnessOver40 #DeepGreenClean

TDS ALERT ( KAREN ) PLEASE REPOST
So, I went into Fry’s grocery store, and this happened a while back, but I still haven’t gotten an apology from the manager. So I’ll continue posting until it happens.
Anyways, I was shopping at Fry’s with my service animal. He’s three years old, and he’s been trained and working as a service animal for about two years now. He never barks or chases. He doesn’t piss or shit in the store. He always lays down during checkout. If people want to pet him, that’s okay—as long as they ask me first.
I walked into the store, and she told me, “You can’t have animals in the store.”
Now, granted, I didn’t have his vest on. But you don’t have to have the vest. I was trying to explain to her, “I know the law.”
She asked me, “Well, what service does he provide?”
I really should have said mobility, but I told her I use him for my post-traumatic stress disorder. I have PTSD. It’s a real thing. And she tried to argue with me and say, “Oh no, that doesn’t qualify.”
Then she went as far as calling the police on me. No shit. Really?
Which was kind of funny, because the cops came, and, from what they told me, there was nothing they could do. I was in the right.
Every time I go back, she gives me this really nasty grin. She never says anything to me, but I just walk past her and smile. It’s like, how can you hold on to so much anger like that, man? You know?
I was wearing my Trump “Save America” hat. There were also other dogs in the store without vests. Even when the cops came, I pointed out two dogs that had no vest on, but they were behaving. I said, “See?” I couldn’t understand why I was the one getting stopped.
Anyways, I was kind of like, what the hell?
I talk to everybody inside that grocery store, and from conversations I’ve had, I’m not the only person who’s had an issue with her.
Now, I’m not telling people to go out and do anything bad to her or anything like that. I’m sharing what happened to me, and I want an apology.
Let’s make this video go viral. Maybe she needs to be talked to by upper management about how you treat people with disabilities. PLEASE REPOST !
Buddy’s Hideout 🐈❤️ You can’t chase what you can’t find! 😂
Buddy is more than just my cat—he’s my little companion, always there for me, keeping me company and bringing a little extra love into my day. Between him and Patches, there’s never a shortage of laughs around here. 🐾
These two get along so well, but like brothers, sometimes they need a little space! When Buddy needs a break from Patches, he heads for one of his hideouts. My favorite? The chair right by the table. Buddy will be sitting there quietly while Patches looks around, completely missing the cat hiding in plain sight. 😂🐶🐱
I love watching their friendship. They each have their own personality, and Buddy definitely knows when it’s time to sneak away for some peace and quiet. ❤️
Do your pets act like brothers and sisters—playing together one minute, then needing their own little timeout space the next? Where’s their favorite hiding spot? Let me know, and tell me what you thought of the video! 👇🐾

Sometimes my artwork is my church. 🙏 Sundays are for relaxing, watching some TV, praying, and creating something. I drew this with markers, then had some fun with AI to bring it to life. I love showing a different perspective—even a little psychedelic one. 🌊🌴✨ What do you think? Do you like it?
Chiricahua National Monument—one of my favorite places in Arizona, right up there with Sedona! 🌄 These towering rock formations remind me of Bryce Canyon in Utah, but with their own Arizona personality.
📍 Located in southeastern Arizona near Willcox. Take I-10 Exit 340, follow the signs to Highway 186, then head about 32 miles southeast. Turn left onto Highway 181—it’s another 4 miles to the entrance.
If you love hiking and incredible scenery, this place is something else. I added a psychedelic twist to bring this scene to life—and now the rocks freaking glow! How cool is that? ✨

I THOUGHT I LOST THIS VIDEO FOREVER. OVER A DECADE LATER, I FOUND IT. 🎥 Before you watch this old basement footage from Ogden, you need to know the story behind it. It starts with my grandma—and with me finally getting out of the car I had been living in. When I was about 15 or 16, my grandma used to tell me she saw spirits. She told me strange stories about activity in her house, and other family members said they had witnessed things too. It freaked me out growing up. She was deeply religious, even though she didn’t go to church. She would always tell me, “God works in mysterious ways.” I didn’t know what to make of those stories back then. Lately, I’ve been thinking about them again. 🙏 Fast-forward to when I was around 38 or 39. I had been homeless, living in my car, bouncing between temp jobs and doing whatever work I could find. Then I moved into an old house with cheap rent. I believe it dated back to the 1890s. Upstairs was nice. The unfinished basement was a dump, and nobody liked going down there. I believed that house had spirits. People would come over and party, but plenty of the people who spent the night didn’t want to stay a second time. They’d Uber their ass home. One night, after I’d lived there a week or two, I decided to celebrate having a roof over my head. I bought good whiskey and top-shelf beer, drank it, and smoked a big old joint. Woo-wee! I wasn’t sleeping in my car anymore. I told my roommate, Jose, “I’m gonna go downstairs and talk to the spirits.” He went out to the bar, and I headed into the basement with my cheap phone, recording as I walked around. I’m being straight with you: I was drunk, wobbly, and stoned. That’s part of what happened, and I’m not leaving it out. As I turned, there was a white light—what I describe as an orb—moving across the area of my shirt in the video. I didn’t notice it visually at the time. I spotted it when I watched the footage afterward. 👀 But I sure the fuck felt it. You hear me go, “Woo!” I felt a rush, like something had passed me. At the time, I brushed it off because I figured it was part of my high. Then I headed upstairs and sat down on the stairs. That’s when I could vaguely see strange lights. I remember thinking, “I wish I wasn’t alone. Dude, I hope this is being caught on camera.” Here’s a detail I want to be honest about: what I saw with my own eyes looked a little different from what showed up on the camera. It was weird as hell. I’m telling you what I remember seeing and feeling, along with what I noticed afterward in the recording. I thought I had lost this video. Now, more than a decade later, I’ve recovered it, and I want to share the footage along with the story of that night. For anyone wondering whether I used AI to create the lights or staged this: I didn’t. This is an old recording of an experience I actually had. I’m so serious about telling the truth that I’d be willing to take a polygraph about my account. My faith matters to me, and making up something like this would go against it. I believe I experienced something spiritual that night. I can’t tell you with certainty what caused the light in the recording. But I can tell you why this video means so much to me. It takes me back to my grandma’s stories, an old house, and a night when I was celebrating finally having somewhere to live. ❤️ Watch the movement across my shirt, listen for my “Woo,” and watch the staircase portion. What do you notice? Tell me what you think is happening and why. If you’ve had an unexplained experience of your own, I’d like to hear it. 💬 Share this with someone who enjoys examining unexplained footage, and follow Travis Scott Blueprint for more of my stories.
