Someone thinks it's playtime. She has no intention of sleeping yet. She can't figure out why I have my feet and legs on top of the duvet instead of underneath.

Another hot day. If I wasn't so hungry and hot I'd lay on and try to catch up on the sleep I didn't get while the music was blaring out from next door. Have never had a party - don't see the need.

Feeling somewhat frustrated. Feeling rough in this weather but others where I live think it's OK to wait till late at night before putting up their music and having a party.

Me and the babe are more than ready for bed tonight. It was so hot for her today she got really grumpy. I went to cool her down with a fragrance free baby wipe and her claws caught my face. Haven't looked to see what damage she's done! I forgive her anyway.

Got my crutches 'customised' today. I hope the next time I go out, I won't feel as tired. The disability walker was much easier to use.

Got new crutches yesterday. Am so used to my disability walker, I'd forgotten how tiring crutches are to use. Am knackered today. Will have to get my new walker wheels soon. They aren't too expensive. For now, I'm going to to personalise my crutches with stickers.

Bought these for the handle. Liked the torquoise crutches but they had ergonomic handles - not good for arthritic hands.

The babe loves her mama's hand-knitted blankets. Have a few on needles at the mo - 2 summer blankets and 1 autumn/winter blanket.

That's the babe fed and watered. Now to get something to calm down the Crohn's. Gummy sweets eg wine gums or marshmallows are recommended. Love wine gums but not such a fan of marshmallows.

Took a dander round to Chinese tonight. The bonfire is just at bottom of road. There was a lot of shouting from those keeping watch over it. Don't know what they were shouting but as a disabled female who uses a walker, I felt very un-safe out on my own.
