@richard1999jon1 Again wrong the sponsor was always Etihad it’s that the panel is saying ADUG paid etihad that then paid city which is illegal. However city’s argument is ADUG didn’t pay Etihad it was the UAE governed which is legal and they have got documents and payslip showing this
