Fact check. This is false. At no time during the Trump administration could the average income household afford a $725,000 home. The Trump administration Household income average was $63,129 in 2018. Just prior to the pandemic and at its peak. With this math the average Household could afford a house between $290,000 to $350,000.

The average Household income currently is $74,580 under the Biden administration. That's after a 2% decline from 2021.
