Building momentum is everything as a creator. And I believe that from my own experience. But as an athlete, I've always been torn on the idea of momentum and never truly bought into it. Started wondering how I could believe in one version and not the other...
@Travis_Mew My question is: are the two versions of momentum that different tho? And is believing in momentum overall a good thing? Because the lack of momentum can also serve as a pretty big hurdle to overcome in sports and the creative realm
