@khule7272 @MorningLiveSABC Selection criteria doesn't only look at your marks, it also considers some demographics. I know of people whose courses required, for instance, 4 points when they got 10 points but still couldn't go through. So this competitive element falters. The issue is capacity.

@MorningLiveSABC Since at issue here is the number of eligible students and university capacity (the significant gap), S.A needs to expand and build more institutions of higher learning, universities precisely. In the interim, students could take related short courses to keep the machine running.
