“there's a blue moon shining,
when I am reminded
of all we've been through,
such a blue moon shining
does it ever shine down on you?”
(love you, babe 💞)

For the past few years, I’ve been traveling extensively across Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Instead of just passing through, I find myself constantly returning to the same locations, choosing to dive deeper into their subcultures rather than just scratching the surface. Now based in Pattaya, many of these journeys have evolved into short, highly focused photography trips—whether meticulously planned around iconic spots like Bangkok’s Chinatown and the Mekong River, or simply drifting through back alleys to see what unfolds.
My primary gear setup is a Sony ILCE-7M4 paired with the Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II lens. This combination gives me the exact speed and flexibility needed for high-end street photography, travel photography, and documentary work in Southeast Asia—especially when navigating fast-moving environments like chaotic night markets, tight urban streets, or shooting from moving riverboats.
What drives my work are unscripted, candid moments. No staging, no posed models—just raw, everyday life as it happens.
From the relentless street life of Bangkok and the neon-drenched night markets of Vietnam to the quiet river scenes in Laos and hidden local communities across Thailand, I am drawn to visual friction. My frames thrive on contrasts: neon lights cutting through dark alleys, towering modern skylines looming over weathered wooden houses, and the sudden pockets of calm found within urban chaos.
This portfolio is a reflection of that journey—a curated collection of authentic street photography, urban photography, and travel documentaries from Southeast Asia, built over years of field experience.

Your post / photo immediately reminded me of this painting (and 'Cerdanya', also by Ribas). To the many wonders of imagination...
