@AvantiWestCoast due to the strikes on 13/12 I’ve needed to cancel my plans and won’t be travelling. How can I claim a full refund for train tickets booked before strikes were announced?
@StanleySq_Sale I love so much of what you’ve done with the Square, but I’m really sad that the fairly new bike parking is being reduced significantly to accommodate Christmas trees. In some cases by half, or the entire stand is now inaccessible. @SaleRide

As a cyclist, you get used to not being catered for so it was fantastic to have racks right outside the shops. Now we can’t use them again for a month. I’m really sad.
@StanleySq_Sale@SaleRide Some of the racks on Hereford St are too close to the wall to use properly, you can’t secure thru back wheel as is the recommended method.
My bike is only insured if it is locked to something immovable so unless that is possible in the office it doesn’t help.
@StanleySq_Sale@SaleRide Maybe I could understand one rack, but it is *all four*. And the photo with the two bikes occupying the only spaces is from today, mid afternoon - already full. Please can you look into relocating the trees to somewhere more suitable, or reducing the number?

@CrossCountryUK Thanks, but you need to improve communications around this. The website where you submit a claim says 10 days. The auto response says busy periods would be up to 20 days not ~40.
