..and the mist his current boiler runs at is 20kw 🤦‍♂️, told him that's because it's undersized and I'm not willing to quote a replacement keeping the existing gas supply, even a 28kw would be undersized when I calculated the pipe run, some people can't be told

Just been to quote a vaillant lead to remove an 837 and replace with a green iQ 35, explained to the customer the gas is currently undersized and needs minimum 28mm judging by meter distance, he argued it out with me the entire time saying his boiler will never run at 35kw....

Just completed a school toilets project, removing 3 office rooms and converting into a Girls and Boys toilet block with 10 toilet cubicles in the girls and 5 in the boys. Everybody involved did a great job
