Disappointing to see
using single use cups even if you say they are recycled/sustainable this is classic 'greenwashing' and highly wasteful. @FightPlastic@aplastic_planet

Recently found this 1970 crisp packet in our office veg patch. @KPSnacks have you made the switch to biodegradable yet? We want to dig up organic veggie goodness, not shocking Hula Hoop packets that are older than most of our employees!

@Tesco I understand these things take time to develop...but with around 2.1 billion tons of plastic estimated to be produced between now and 2025 it needs to be sooner rather than later!
@StrawfreeMAN Whilst, unfortunately I don't doubt it is partially littering, as Salford Quays is the end of the ship canal a lot of waste is also blown up the canal form else where and accumulates, showing how wide spread the problem is.
@TraffordCouncil I'd love to open a zero waste, plastic free shop in Trafford. Trafford loans/grants are overwhelming me and I'm struggling to get off the ground. Any advice? #AskAndrew
@TraffordCouncil Hi, I suggested Trafford council look at working with Terra Cycle to help people recycle more difficult items, do you have an update I never heard back :) #askandrew
