BREAKING: WE ARE ENRAGED! Trump accuses Ilhan Omar of staging the attack on herself after a man sprayed her with an unknown liquid in a horrifying town hall assault.

This is a disgusting new low for this pig of a president...

ABC's Rachel Scott reports that she asked Trump if he had seen the video of Omar "being attacked and sprayed by a substance."

“No. I don't think about her," said Trump, who constantly thinks about Omar and regularly insults her. "I think she's a fraud. I really don't think about that. She probably had herself sprayed, knowing her."

When pressed to answer if he had seen the video, Trump said: "I haven't seen it. No, no. I hope I don't have to bother."

Any other president would have reached across the aisle after a traumatic incident like this to check on Omar. But Trump doesn't care what happens to his political enemies and in fact enjoys when they're the targets of violence. Words fail to articulate the full depth of the disgust we feel for this man. He is a total sociopath.

The incident in question occurred at a town hall in Minneapolis. A man charged Omar and sprayed her with a syringe full of what Reuters described as a "foul-smelling liquid" while she was in the midst of condemning ICE's brutal terror campaign in Minnesota.

"ICE cannot be reformed, it cannot be rehabilitated, we must abolish ICE for good, and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem must resign or face impeachment," Omar said right before the man surged up at her and demanded that she "resign."

The attack was caught on video and shows another man seizing the assailant and tackling him to the ground. Omar, never one to shrink in the face of danger or intimidation, can be seen stepping towards the man as if preparing to strike him in self-defense before realizing that the situation was under control. She went bravely back to her speech after taking a short break to recover.

"We will continue. These f*cking a**holes are not going to get away with this," Omar said defiantly.

"During her town hall, an agitator tried to attack the Congresswoman by spraying an unknown substance with a syringe," said Omar's spokesperson. "Security and the Minneapolis Police Department quickly apprehended the individual. He is now in custody. The Congresswoman is okay. She continued with her town hall because she doesn’t let bullies win."

"I’m ok. I’m a survivor so this small agitator isn’t going to intimidate me from doing my work," Omar wrote on X. "I don’t let bullies win. Grateful to my incredible constituents who rallied behind me. Minnesota strong."

The suspect, Anthony James Kazmierczak, has been arrested for third-degree assault.

Let's not mince words here. This attack is a direct result of Trump's dehumanizing rhetoric towards Omar, who he has called "garbage" in the past. Just hours before the assault, he smeared her at a political rally and claimed that she doesn't love America.

"They have to show that they can love our country, they have to be proud. Not like Ilhan Omar," Trump said.

In reality, Omar loves the United States far more than than Donald Trump ever will. He wraps himself in the flag while seeking to undermine and destroy everything that we hold sacred. His accusation that she is a "fraud" is textbook projection. He despises Omar because she is a woman of color, Muslim, and was born in Somalia and he is a stone cold misogynist, Islamophobe, and racist.

Ilhan Omar is everything that Trump pretends to be: a true public servant, a patriot, and a strong leader who never backs down in the faces of bullies.
