इतनी अव्यवस्थाओं के बीच एग्जाम हो रहा है। एडमिट कार्ड है तो सेंटर नहीं। सेंटर है तो कार्ड नहीं। किसी का सेंटर 200 किमी दूर तो किसी का सेंटर बाढ़ में है।
सिस्टम बच्चों के साथ खेल रहा है।
UGC के मुखिया बोल रहे सब ठीक है।

It's a final plea to @DG_NTA & @narendramodi the situation of Assam is really worse. It's almost impossible to commute to my center even if it's 20km away as almost all the public vehicles has come to rest due to water logging.

But couldn't conduct any exam smoothly this year.
