We STRONGLY CONDEMN the disgraceful insults directed at our great freedom fighter, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.
THE HEROIC STRUGGLE OF OUR FREEDOM FIGHTERS WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. Nor will silence prevail when the legacy and sacrifices of those who fought for the nation are insulted.
Our Hon’ble Chairperson, @MamataOfficial, joined the protest and made it clear that such indecency and disrespect from @BJP4Bengal will not be tolerated.
Netaji’s legacy is sacred.
His honour is non-negotiable.
Today @MamataOfficial on her way to a custodial death worker’s house along with 2 MPs was attacked by BJP mob with stones in full presence of @WBPolice . This is indeed a freedom struggle against a fascist force as noted by Supreme Court of India.
BIRJU KEOT.
His name was not in the FIR.
He was still picked up by the @WBPolice .
He died in custody.
His family alleges brutal police assault.
READ THAT AGAIN.
When the State can take a man into custody despite his name not appearing in the FIR - and he does not come out alive - the question is no longer merely about law & order. It is about the rule of law itself.
Under @BJP4Bengal, allegations of police excesses and political violence are becoming harder to dismiss as isolated incidents.
Who protects the citizen when the police become the source of fear?
How long will we pretend that this is the “Parivartan” people were promised?

.@AITCofficial MP Sayoni Ghosh said: “Chaddha can become Chaddi” to insult Sikhs and Punjabis.
Remember these open insults before you vote on April 29th. Year round they insult you and your community, and right before elections they turn up for votes!
To save the true and inclusive spirit of West Bengal, #BJPKeVoteDin
MURDERED IN POLICE CUSTODY.
When those entrusted with protecting citizens become accused of taking a life, what remains of law, accountability, and justice?
Under @BJP4Bengal’s watch, @WBPolice faces serious questions over its conduct. A person whose name was not even mentioned in the FIR was allegedly picked up, brutally assaulted, and later died in police custody.
If true, this is not just a policing failure - it is a grave failure of accountability.
Bengal has clearly plunged into complete darkness!
