When the State can take a man into custody despite his name not appearing in the FIR - and he does not come out alive - the question is no longer merely about law & order. It is about the rule of law itself.

Under @BJP4Bengal, allegations of police excesses and political violence are becoming harder to dismiss as isolated incidents.

Who protects the citizen when the police become the source of fear?

MURDERED IN POLICE CUSTODY.

When those entrusted with protecting citizens become accused of taking a life, what remains of law, accountability, and justice?

Under @BJP4Bengal’s watch, @WBPolice faces serious questions over its conduct. A person whose name was not even mentioned in the FIR was allegedly picked up, brutally assaulted, and later died in police custody.

If true, this is not just a policing failure - it is a grave failure of accountability.

Bengal has clearly plunged into complete darkness!
