Along with the potential MLS divisions, it looks like existing Nashville SC STH contracts are set to expire at the end of year which puts it mid-season under the new calendar next year. Guess will know more next week.🤔

@starsnstripesfc I think Don has done a good job with franchise/league expansion in the past decade but, yeah, the TV/marketing has fallen short. The Apple deal was dumb. Also, timing of the new calendar to coincide with WC was a big missed opportunity.

I think France wins it all, if they play well. Need to show a little more than they have but they're deep. Darkhorse, Swiss. I think they've been underrated all tournament. Argentina can't go down 2-0 and expect to escape against them. NOR/ENG battle of the 9's will be good TV.

A big WC eye opener for me is that I viewed, I guess naively, European countries as allies/friends. The anti-American venom and vitriol from posts on X (far beyond football banter) before and during the WC has changed my view on EU completely - to a very negative view.
