Lumia's tokenomics documentation names a multi-sig vault at 0x0Ee999247f3e33406131bC6AA896192Bd40cd6b7 as the source of 73.4M LUMIA in node rewards vested over 20 years. As of 3 August it holds 0 ETH and roughly $41k in tokens, with its last transaction 127 days ago. At the same time, node holders whose 24-month staking terms are now expiring cannot claim their rewards, and every support channel the company ran is offline. The node sale that funded this raised in the region of $25M. The attached four-page document sets out seven findings, each reproducible, with my own uncertainties flagged rather than papered over — including the fact that I could not confirm the vault's exact LUMIA balance.
