To put that in perspective, that’s more electricity than the entire state of New York uses at absolute peak.
They’re pushing this because they’re actively turning away AI clients centralized builds just can't keep up with demand.

Meanwhile, 39 YOM nodes served 5,054 sessions last month running on consumer GPUs that were already sitting on people's desks.

One approach takes billions of dollars and years of construction. The other requires zero heavy buildout and is running right now.
