I am not able to sign in to YouTube using my main email addresses.I have never used or created any YouTube channel with these email addresses. How can I resolve this problem?

When I contacted support, they gave me this link:
However, the form asks for “URL of your suspended YouTube channel”, which I do not know and cannot provide, because I never had a YouTube channel—I only used my email to sign in and watch videos.
