I love Mondays! Back to the safety and comfort of a busy work schedule that I find alleviates any feelings I might have for a drink. I think I should try an online beginners meeting for weekends, any suggestions pls? I live in Japan so times can be a bit tough #recoveryposse 🙏

Cant put my finger on why? but struggling a bit today. Luckily my vanity wont let me pick up a beer. Secretly loving all the comments from peeps on how I look younger, lost weight, even my hair looks better apparently. Amazing what 2months of no booze n good sleep can do👍

@keep_me_sober That's the BS we've been fed by advertising all our lives. Alcohol does nothing but cause misery n destruction. The sad thing is, I think most long term drinkers realise that, the penny has dropped. But the addiction is too strong, so they hide behind the marketing BS in denial

Beautiful sunny day my way. Spent most of the day doing the garden and repairing bits n bobs around the house. Now is the time when I would say to myself youve earned a few cold beers in the garden (these would turn into a dozen and some), but not today!
