Well it's happening. The divorce is full steam ahead. After 25 years together and 22 years married, where do you go from there? Absolutely heartbroken 💔. I thought I was doing everything right. Provide, be a partner and support her. I feel like I failed.

@NotLizBrody I do that too I also do individual leg curls and extensions. I saw a piece where some of the acl type injuries are from one side being weaker the the other side and being able to keep up or have similar power.
