Changes since Go Fest JC
- Alt Tier system, less value giving to candy XL transferring after trading. Added a note for the alt tier 1-4 definitions
- Adding main checking for PvP but not for candy XL trading
- Fix a bug Main XL Tier 1 candy threshold
