When I enquired about new connection, I get call within 2 minutes. But it’s been 15 days, I raised the issue, I did not get a single call to resolve the issue.

My mother was admitted 2 days ago @TezpurH and your doctors cannot even provide the treatment to cure from simple fever. It took 2 days for the report to come. No doctor is available and no one knows what they are doing. Their attitude is unbearable and we cannot talk to them.
