I bought a gaming computer for my grandson. I took it into best. Buy the Geek Squad, tried to fix it. They couldn't. It's under warranty. The young man that helped me said they would ship it out to the manufacturer and let me know when it was fixed. They've had it for over a week. I was contacted again from by best. Buy saying, I could pick it up. They couldn't do anything with the computer. But they would ship it if I pay the shipping costs. Which the young man that took the computer, a Geek Squad member, said they would cover best. Bye, it has the worst support there is. I am going to make this a federal issue. Because I am so upset right now. I was okay, waiting the 2, the six weeks for repair. But all of a sudden now they want me to pay for shipping. To get it repaired, then the manager assistant manager. Because the managers on bto says to me. I can't help you with that.
And if I leave the computer it's considered abandoned property which is false. Because in the state of Minnesota you have to give written 30 days' notice before you could get rid of anything
I am definitely thinking it's because i'm puerto rican, and they think I don't know my laws. The assistant manager was very dismissive, didn't even ask for my name and number. So the manager could call me just kept saying I can't help you. I can't help you. I can't help you unless you pay the fee.Then I could help you
