@SandyofCthulhu Older lobsters simply don’t taste as nice since it’s tougher and far harder to cook it well without overcooking parts whilst other parts are nearly raw. It’s still lobster though so it’s not like it would taste bad. You are correct, next time just buy 19lbs of lobsters
