@coze1challenge1 @DamionMitch @andreachisja @jlpjamaica @christufton I don't think jamaicans understand that any political party winning all its constituencies is not a flex. It would be a democratic failure. An opposition is NECESSARY. Else, you don't have a democracy anymore.

@damian_allen Because "economy doing well" is not a true marker of better standard of living for most/all jamaicans. If 50 more people got hired out of 500, that is not an indication that the other 450 are doing any better. It might sound better, but it doesn't change the reality of the 450.

A final appellate court in Jamaica might do more harm than good. What is to stop any political party from influencing who becomes supreme judge? What checks and balances would there be to stop/limit/prevent corruption?

@QuitePerry "Performance" has only been possible because there were first promises. So running on promises is equally as good as running on performance. As a matter of fact, both parties are still running heavily on "promises".
