@Tognomarti@TheCinesthetic I would think multiple camera operators on the different angles. They handed off to ea other hence the slight shake in between directional change! Another fav of mine is from France called 'The Weekend'. Long shot of cars on the side of the road. 🙌
@9Blacksoldier@VancityNews1 I commend you for your wonderful initiative! It's so sad to see the fakers ruin such programs for those in actual dire straits. Hopefully those who care will continue to do so in their own ways.
This is video explains why the Gripen is a better choice compared to the F35. Unlike the American F-35, Sweden would never withhold critical software updates or spare parts for their Gripens as punishment if your country’s leader were to inadvertently say something they disagreed with because Canada would own the intellectual property and the parts.
I’m an airplane junkie and have been one all my life. I am in no way directly or indirectly connected to Saab or the government or military (which has a weird fascination with US control.)
The Gripen is a better deal financially - it’s less problematic and far easier to operate and maintain.
Cost:
We can get three Canadian-built (Halifax) Gripen fighters for the price of one F-35. That represents massive savings!
The hourly flight cost of the F-35 is $36,000 USD ($50,500 CAD).
The hourly flight cost of the Gripen is just $7,000 USD ($9,800 CAD).
With its smaller ground crew requirement and significantly lower cost per unit, the Gripen E is a compelling alternative - perfectly suited for defending Canada’s vast northern frontier.
With the Gripen, Canada would own the intellectual property and technology outright, with no concerns about kill switches or throttled performance. It allows us to spend less on procurement while investing more in our own aerospace industry.)
Canada has multiple helicopter platforms and we can do the same with jets.
I’m confident Prime Minister Mark Carney will make the right choice - because we are Canada Strong! 🇨🇦
Doug Ford says '1000's of speed camera tickets not reducing speeding' omg so use that data!! How many are repeat offenders? What area has it the worst? Why not use data to enhance enforcement for those areas?! Sheesh!! #onpoli
@fordnation Signs? Signs stop speeding? Flashing signs? Do they blind the driver to make them slow down? Does the sign jump out and bonk them on the head?
I do like roundabouts but I have seen people scream through them before.
Last night had a lovely cab ride with a man recently new to Canada. He enthusiastically told us about his summer drive across the country from ONT to BC. His energy was eclectic, his love for the beautiful land addictive. Next year he goes east!
@Shanditron5000 My friend found a tic alive and well in her car a week after their hike in the woods. These things can go a year without food and latch onto anything until they find a food source.
@SweetBCBoi I never have an issue wearing a mask. I had a very sore throat and had to go to the dr to renew my unrelated prescription. Wore a mask because it was right to do. Only me and 1 receptionist was wearing one. My Dr didn't blink an eye. No one made me feel guilty.
@jsmith68abq@AnnieAndrewsMD Pretty sure doctors who run a practice still need to know business models to keep it running. Costs of materials, employees salaries, rent, taxes, advertising etc.
