Some traditions are worth showing up for, year after year.
Yesterday, over 250 of our people across 15 units came together at the Mnazi Mmoja grounds to mark Mei Mosi and represent @MeTL_Group, a tradition we’ve kept for years, and one that continues to matter.
This year’s theme, “Decent work is a strong pillar for sustainable development in achieving the National Vision 2050” speaks to something we don’t always pause to reflect on enough. That decent work isn’t just an outcome, it’s a foundation for sustainable growth, for stronger institutions, and ultimately for the future we are all working towards.
Days like this are a reminder that behind every milestone, every operation, every result… there are people. People who show up, commit, and carry the work forward every single day.
