@sainsburys My order due to be delivered today once again has lactose-free semi-skimmed milk substituted for lactose-free skimmed milk. This is not an acceptable substitute - it would be better to substitute branded skimmed milk rather than your own semi-skimmed. It now means…
…I will have to go out to buy appropriate milk, which is not easy as I suffer from agoraphobia. I have complained about this before and was told it would be forwarded to the store but clearly this has not helped 😠
@sainsburys Ordered a bottle of Bollinger as an engagement present, received in my delivery today. Very disappointed to have received a 007 edition as the recipients are not fans. Can I swap instore?
@sainsburys I’ve received my order today - instead of receiving the 2 Discovery Thick Cut Aberdeen Angus rump steaks I’d ordered, I received 1 rump and 1 ribeye (both still from the Discovery range). This isn’t what I wanted & I’m disappointed to have not received what I ordered.
@sainsburys Not really a complaint but needs passing on to the relevant people - I ordered 6 x Nescafé Roastery Dark Roast coffee on my delivery today, but received 5 x Dark Roast and 1 x Light Roast. I know the tins are similar but more care needs to be taken during picking.
Watching a tv programme & there’s a man who keeps referring to his business selling “fox leggings” 🤔 Took me a while to figure out he means faux (leather) leggings 😂
