I was looking at some streets today where I ran a marathon before… and I miss that feeling of the challenge. I’m going to sign up for a new for 2025 now 🤩 it will be an extra effort to get back in marathon shape this year but also fun! 🙌
Anyone got good training routines or apps to follow to train from home or while traveling? Something you have been consistent with for more than a few weeks? 😎 when you can’t use the gym. Curious and looking for ideas!
