@AmeliaStorey4 @TicketmasterCS Ticketmaster have said that if you bought tix from them, they can help you - contact CS. If you bought them from a third party (as I did using viagogo) only viagogo can help (even though problem is arising from tix being transferred from Ticketmaster). I am still waiting.
