Find your neutral pelvis. Breath out, gently draw in your pelvic floor and abdominals in to about 20% throughout the movements. Breath normally, do not hold your breath!!

As a lot of you will know I work part time in the MSK NHS Physiotherapy Service in Herts as well as for myself. As part of this I have completed the Covid-19 PPE Infection control courses, follow all the upto date NHS England and Government guidelines and ordered appropriate PPE
