Continuing our Hot Dog Days of Summer tour, we took our twist on the classic Detroit Coney Dog! This featured hearty chili, lots of cheese, and diced onions atop an all-beef frank on a sub roll. Next week, we head west to try a San Francisco specialty. #SeniorLiving

We finished our France Theme Week with an "Homage to Fromage!" All the appetizers featured cheese. We served Mascarpone and Chocolate-filled Puff Pastries, Fried Goat Cheese, and Brie Fondue. #SeniorLiving

We truly enjoyed our Mystery on the Orient Express theme dinner! We had a train leading us through our evening. We were treated to a wonderful steak dinner which was topped off with strawberry shortcake.

We enjoyed an Orient Express specialty treat today! Warm brie topped with orange rosemary marmalade served with crostini.

Today our Orient Express theme week lunch featured a half of ham or turkey sandwich paired with French onion soup. For dessert, we served a pomegranate peach sorbet with a shortbread cookie topped with pomegranate syrup. All aboard for deliciousness!

We started our Mystery on the Orient Express week with a wonderful breakfast! Belgian waffles with pomegranate butter and spiced pears, topped with maple syrup and served with pan seared sausage was our breakfast special! We look forward to a great theme week!
