Hope doesn't pay for itself, Andy. A £2 bus fare cap is easy when someone else foots the bill. Try funding it by removing people with no right to be here instead of hiking taxes on people who do.
Northern Doctors say we need assisted living not assisted suicide.
More than 140 Yorkshire doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals are calling on @HouseofCommons to reject the Bill, calling it “unsafe” @yorkshirepost says “These signatories instead want politicians to focus on improving access and investment into palliative and hospice care….” One passage reads: "Genuine choice at the end of life can only be possible if people have consistent access to high-quality compassionate care. At present, too many people do not. We are failing our society by denying them that care, and we would fail them again by offering an assisted death before ensuring that proper end-of-life care is available to all”…. “The new Chief Whip @anneliese_midge ‘s previous statements, including that the bill “doesn’t do enough to protect vulnerable people”, might signal how the Government views it this time” @andyburnham@ShabanaMahmood@wesstreeting@NazShahBfd@RachaelMaskell@MarieRimmer@AshleyDalton@MikeKaneMP@AdnanHussainMP@LindsayHoyle_MP@mayaellisuk@Live_Die_Well See https://t.co/bIzTqfpKFD
If this is all true, and the Heron House (No. 10 North) rental application really was submitted on 11 May 2026, just three days before Joshua Simons resigned as Makerfield MP, it suggests this whole Andy Burnham Labour coup was being planned months in advance.
The building was allegedly already being prepared for Burnham to take over and move the Prime Minister's office to Manchester.
This is pretty incredible if accurate.
At that point, Andy Burnham was still Mayor of Manchester, Makerfield still had an MP in Joshua Simons, and Labour still had a Prime Minister in Keir Starmer.
The whole sequence feels incredibly murky, with plenty of political backstabbing involved. If this timeline is correct, it would also help explain why Burnham appears to have sidelined talented MPs seen as loyal to Starmer, including Darren Jones and Mike Tapp.
So there is a very real possibility that, due to net zero buggering the grid, Britain could experience total power blackouts.
The IMF could soon sweep in to cut up our national credit card because we are so in debt no one will lend us any more money.
And our Prime Minister is debating pub snacks like a student in Freshers Week.
Can we have a serious leader, please?
🚨 NEW @TheNatPulse: UK PM Andy Burnham’s New Strategy Chief Worked With Convicted Paedophile to Downplay UK Grooming Gangs.
Matthew McGregor, former Director of Campaigns and Communications for Hope Not Hate and current Head of Political Strategy for new British Prime Minister Andy Burnham, co-wrote a report downplaying the nationwide grooming gang scandal alongside a convicted pedophile, The National Pulse can reveal.
The 2021 Hope Not Hate report, titled ‘Backlash, Conspiracies & Confrontation,’ focused on “the rise in awareness and popularity of conspiracy theories” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Matthew McGregor and Liron Velleman are listed as “contributors.”
On Page 35, in ‘Section 2 – Racism,’ in a sub-section called ‘Truth Under Siege,’ the report describes “trumped-up grooming allegations” in England, and supporters of anti-grooming gangs activists of “accusing police and the media of a ‘cover up’ when police found no evidence of grooming.”
In 2023, in his capacity as Political Organizer for Hope Not Hate,Velleman was invited to the UK Parliament to provide oral evidence regarding the Online Safety Bill, a piece of legislation that has since been passed into law, pitched as aiming to protect children from online pornography, but heavily criticized for its censorious and anti-privacy provisions.
Velleman gave evidence regarding protecting “children and adults alike” from “terrorist, illegal, abusive and harmful content.”
Earlier this year, Velleman was sentenced to an eight-month suspended prison sentencefor sending a video of his penis to someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl in 2024. Velleman was also serving as a Labour Party elected councillor at the time.
He asked the young girl if she was “at home alone,” demanding to know whether she was a virgin, as well as asking: “Show me your bra.”
Almost 1,000 illegal migrants have arrived in the UK during Andy Burnham's first week as Prime Minister.
Andy eating pork scratchings and dancing to The Smiths isn’t going to resolve this national emergency.
We need a General Election asap!
In one week:
While our Foreign Secretary was shaking hands with Wang Yi's in @ASEAN conference in Manila...
@BritishArmy was losing its training grounds in Kenya.
Two stories that look unconnected. They're not.
They're the same story.
It's what our China policy has cost. 1/
Farage’s point is simple: he raised the alarm, was mocked, and the state still didn’t move.
That is the deeper indictment — a political system so addicted to scoring points that it only reacts once a threat has already gone public.
Can we just take a minute to reflect upon this?.....PM on Monday.
A WHOLE NEW base for the British government by FRIDAY?!
How can you explain this when the civil service behemoth usually turns at the speed of a tanker??!
Even if this was started the day after Makerfield, that was only 5 weeks ago... none of this adds up.
Thoughts below please.
🚨 Labour donors were awarded £138 MILLION of government contracts…
…during Keir Starmer’s first year as Prime Minister.
While Labour were telling you there was a £22 billion black hole.
While they were putting your taxes up by £70 billion.
Somehow there was still £138 million available for Labour donors through government contracts.
Labour spent years accusing other parties of looking after their friends.
It turns out, they have done the exact same thing.
'You can't tackle the cost of living without sorting out this uncontrolled migration.'
Investigative Journalist Potkin Azarmehr says Andy Bunrham should make immigration an equal 'if not more of' a priority than the cost of living crisis.
Labour’s own MPs shouted “shame on you” when I warned about Iran.
The truth is, it’s shame on them.
They are endangering British lives by letting terrorists in.
