Who doesn't love a 3-peat??
For the 3rd consecutive year, CoLab made the list of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers.
Congratulations to all the great companies selected this year!

@hillsisback I, too, am more of a gift anarchy person. Down with all the fuss and assumptions over holiday-specific obligation-driven gifts, up with spontaneous “I just saw this thing that made me think of you and felt like I needed for you to have it” gifts 👌
@LizWFab I feel like coming out *to myself* was important. Then I kinda haphazardly came out to some folks, largely at random… then forgot who I had and hadn’t told (thanks ADHD)… and now I just kinda feel half-in, half-out, with little will or energy to complete the process lol
@ratbagjackson @Ranting_Trans @RaeGun2k I was referring to unpaid sick leave, yes. I spent 20 years working in restaurants/service industry so I know what it’s like. I’ve been told I need to get my shifts covered before & didn’t always manage to — but if I was too sick to work, I didn’t go in. Never been fired for it🤷
@Ranting_Trans @RaeGun2k Mandated or not, I’ve never run into an employer here in Canada that doesn’t have some sort of sick day policy. There’s certainly a range (diff companies offer diff things, with diff conditions; it’s diff for hourly roles vs salary)… but I wouldn’t say we “don’t have” sick leave
