Kevin Meagher

Nutrition & Physique Coach.
I help men 35+ with careers and families look like bodybuilders, not dads who used to lift.

TWO THINGS EXPERIENCED LIFTERS NEED TO ACCEPT

1. What worked at 25 may not work at 40.

2. Being experienced doesn’t mean your current approach is workinggg.

@Aquatics_GB Suddenly @Aquatics_G is making it a moral thing. "Immensely dissappointed" why? Doping is only bad when someone is trying to deceive you and win unfairly. His choice to do this thing doesnt create that scenario at all. Anything goes. What a dumbs statement.

@fIetcherpeters standing up for the Ultimatum's Vanessa is the most insane thing ive read in awhile.
Vanessa told Lexi that Xander was asexual and wouldnt choose anyone but her.....thennnn was pissed that Xander was interested in others and later mouthed, "fuck off" to Xander.

@stephenasmith is Jamal Murray tryyying to lose the game right now. Bad switches, too much holding onto the ball, too many poor shots, scary

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@EmmanuelAcho @OrtizKicks How YOU just done get it Emmanuel is insane. Talking shit like that post game is the equivalent of refusing to shake hands. Cool in game. Terrible look after the final whistle blows. Shocking that Reece is getting a pass.

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@stephenasmith talking shit POST GAME is the equivalent of refusing to shake hands at the end of the game. Fine IN GAME. Baadddd look post game.

@bpaiz @ClayTravis Where's the other play Clark is doing this to?
Is she following around someone after a heart-breaking loss?

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@nbazer0 @ClayTravis and thats why no one respects your opinion lol

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@DrewHanlen @GottliebShow @KendrickPerkins you quoted one guys....one guy who also wont give Jokic the MVP....

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@KendrickPerkins Nah, you just have no friends lol

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@KendrickPerkins gets destroyed on social media. Looked like a FOOL on @FirstTake hahah

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@Deon1017_ @ClayTravis Leading player efficiency for the 3rd year in a row and averaging a triple double

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@AbdulMu079 @ClayTravis the argument falls apart because all the European players Perk mentioned are YOUNG....they have a longer runway. If they were up in their NBA years, they would get heat too. But Jokic and Luka literally have another decade to play. Even Embiid.

last time I use @1800flowers . Paid for flowers to be shipped 13th OR 14th, now flowers delayed until the 15th. Unacceptable and a waste of my time. Give me my money back...

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@DonteStallworth Every single play in every game is a PI and a holding call. Yes, it’s a PI but it was far from blatant and ruined a memorable game

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

Gettin it in while I can, love me some golds @GoldsGymSoCal

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@snkrfrkrmag Adidas/NB for suuuure.
Compare a pair of Forum Lows or 550s to a pair of Dunks, my goddd the difference.

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

Worst call ever. Fuckin bama/texas game.

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@MaggieGray how can you show us you know nothing about football without saying you know nothing about football.... my god that lineman comment is literally the most insane thing ive ever heard. JESUS lol

[Kevin Meagher @MeagherMuscle]

@PFF_College anyeone else watching Skoronski against Nebraska? Quick sets, natural technician but have seen him get walked back into Hilinski multiple times now. Extremely bullrush susceptible.
