@ConcernedApe @SierraBHubbard I also played today and saw at least a dozen frozen floors in skull caverns (while doing the desert festival). I just checked to confirm and we’re on the latest version.
@ConcernedApe Does this fix the mines issues on multiplayer? (Regular mines and skull caverns floors often freezing for player 1, volcano mines becoming a weird looping labyrinth for player 2)
@ConcernedApe Player 2 went straight from the glittering boulder cut scene to the community center cut scene. When it ended, they were in the lake and couldn’t get out. The second video happened after they went off screen at the bottom of the lake then back on screen at land.
@ConcernedApe Just got a weird glitch on Switch while playing co-op. The lead up was as follows: player 1 went into town and got the community center cut scene at the same time that player 2 went into the mountains and got the glittering boulder cut scene. (Continued in reply)
@ConcernedApe We’re still having mines floors freeze. We think it specifically happens to the host. My partner hasn’t had mines freeze while in the mines alone but I (the host) have. Monsters don’t move, we can’t pick up objects, and action lines stay frozen on the screen.
@ConcernedApe We keep having weird frozen mines floors where we can’t pick anything up and it shows action lines on the screen. This happens once every five or ten floors. We’re doing co-op on switch.
@ConcernedApe The game keeps crashing for us. We’re playing local multiplayer (split screen) on switch and it’s crashed twice in the first 9 days, late in the day both times. No hats on pets or anything like that.
@GGButcher13@ConcernedApe Releasing it first on pc allows him to do quick big fixes that he can put out immediately, and make sure that everything is bug free before coming out on console. Releasing patches on console is a much larger (and longer) process, so this way makes the most sense for a small dev.
@chrisagwrites I must have seen the theatrical cut that became the digital cut because I was reading this confused that all the digital versions looked like what I’d seen in the theaters not what you were saying the theatrical versions were.
🔵 Pre-production hype: "I love CGI, but we’re not using CGI in this one," the director said to a huge round of applause.
🔵 All press for an entire year: 100% puppets!
Show debuts.
🔵 Viewers: See? Puppets are better!
🔵 Quiet VFX article: They created some CG characters.
I’d probably have much higher daily word counts if I didn’t spend the first half of every day rewriting what I wrote the day before. #amwriting#nanowrimo2020
