@lawyersforbrit Conservatorships = hybrid business. Lawyers / family members ganging up on someone to take over anything the conservatee has. When a law gives you less right than a pedophile cause you were declared “incapacitated” you know it isn’t right.

@tsonika84 Britney’s signature isn’t on the contract for POM, so liabilities were on Jamie & Wallet. If they used Atara for domination & the same type of contract by appointing Britney as President did it transfer any liability to her? Was for Insurance?

The company created in May 2013 where Britney was appointed as President in April 2019 was dissolved later that year in November.

Jamie Spears's lawyer had said Jamie would "unconditionally cooperate" with transferring all records to Britney.

But Britney's lawyer said outside of court on Friday that Jamie has not responded to a single document request and has twice failed to appear for his deposition.
